Our Meeting:

Whether at a cafe, your place, or the office, our first meeting will be a casual get together. We’ll get to know each other before talking business.

Mortgage Pre-approval:

This is one of the most important steps. A mortgage professional will help you determine a price point, and what type of mortgage works best for you.

Creating Your Wish List:

Deciding what you want in a house before we start looking will create a streamlined process that helps us narrow in on a home quickly. Consider your must-haves and deal breakers. Are you interested in a specific neighbourhood or school district? If you’re unsure, I can help you figure it all out.

Navigating The Market:

I’ll create a structured home search that ensures you only see properties matching your wish list. Instead of sending you an overwhelming amount of listings that aren’t what you want, I’ll browse through what’s currently available and hand-pick homes that you’ll actually love.

Property Viewings:

Once a home catches your eye, we’ll go see it together in-person. I know what a smart investment looks like, and can point out potential concerns, features, and highlights. We’ll not only look at the home itself, but also the neighbourhood and amenities to make sure it’s all the right fit.

Offers & Negotiations:

We’ll craft an offer that the seller will love without giving away more than you need to, and I’ll present the offer so it makes sense to the seller and their agent. I’ll protect your interests by researching comparative properties and the home itself, and then strategically negotiate on your behalf to get you the right home for the right price!

Clear Closings:

Once we reach a deal, you’ll meet with your lawyer to close the transaction. They will oversee the closing process and ensure that all conditions are met and all contracts are completed correctly.
