For starters, you won’t find an agent who can out-work me! You get a totally hands-on, full-service experience when you’re selling real estate with me. My clients are my priority, and I devote 100% of my communication and care to them.


My Background

Not many Realtors can say that their real estate career started in high school­–but for me, it’s true! My mom was a real estate agent, which is why I initially got into this industry. I’ve grown up around open houses and home inspections; I would accompany my mom to her appointments and pay close attention to her approach and strategies. I earned my real estate license in 2006, which was a crazy year in the real estate market and a great time to gain hands-on experience. I also have the support of a real estate coach, so I’m constantly learning how to provide my clients with the best service possible. With the mentorship of my Masters Academy Council, which includes 12 of the top agents from across Canada, I’m always improving my skills and passion for personal and professional development.


My Approach

Selling real estate with me is like working with a friend. I make sure that each and every one of my clients are all taken care of, and always try to ease the painful parts of the transaction. I’m a big believer in proactive communication; I’ll provide you with the answers to any questions you have before you even have to ask them. I will use my decades of experience to educate and guide you, so you’ll feel comfortable and confident at every step.


My Process

Our initial meeting starts at your home. We’ll discuss your motivations, goals, and your property to get to know each other better and see how good of a fit we are.

After our initial meeting, I’ll generate a Comparative Market Analysis to establish the best listing price. We’ll meet again to review the details and I’ll suggest what can be done to show your home at its best. I can set you up with cleaning, moving, painting, and staging services if necessary. I’ll also provide you with a checklist to keep you on track, and can bring in furniture if it’s needed.

To make the process pleasant for the entire family, I’ve created a contract for kids to sign promising to keep the house clean for showings. Once the house is sold, they’ll receive a gift card to a local shop or restaurant as a thank-you.

With my customized digital marketing strategy, your home will be advertised across social media, on my website, and on the MLS with high-quality videos, photography, floor plans, and feature sheets. Your property will also be included in any email marketing, local magazines and newspapers, and in direct mail pieces that are sent to a targeted demographic. Just like online dating we will also create a ‘dating profile’ (ideal buyer profile) for your home.  Targeting our advertising efforts at the right demographic will find more interested buyers in less time.

Your home will be advertised in a fun and informative Top Ten video that will be posted on multiple social media platforms. This unique video tour is based on your top 10 favourite features of the home, giving prospective buyers a personal look into what makes the home special.

Next, we’ll host open houses and showings for buyers to get a closer look at your home. When the offers come in, we’ll sit down together to review each detail. I’ve worked in various types of markets, and know how to negotiate successfully to get top dollar for your home.

Once we reach a deal with the buyer’s agent, you’ll meet with your lawyer to close the deal. They will oversee the closing process and ensure that all conditions are met and all contracts are completed correctly. If you don’t have a lawyer, let me know and I can recommend one for you.

Our real estate relationship will continue long after closing day. Once your home is sold, you’ll automatically be enrolled in my Friends with Benefits program. You’ll receive yearly home value updates, help with tax assessments, and invitations to client events. Most importantly, you’ll have access to free services for seasonal yard clean-ups, eavestrough cleaning, junk removal, landscaping, and handyman help.
